Leading is about sharing a passion. It is about providing people a vision, communicating the corporate’s “big picture” and how the team is fitting within this picture.
It is about supporting people to achieve their goals and show empathy along the journey.
Leading is about being clear about everyone’s (expected) contribution, efficient decision making and communication.

Leading is also to me about living the culture, creating a team spirit, transmitting my passion to people, inspire innovation and… making people feel they are part of a winning team!

Sharing knowledge is a key enabler of this process. Sharing knowledge about the business they are in, their function, best practices, life experience and of course… leading.

Trusting is about respect, respect about people’s limits… we all have limits and there is not point to burn resources… To me it is as important to pull people up than paying attention to not crossing their limits…
