It is about providing people a vision, communicating the corporate&#8217;s &#8220;big picture&#8221; and how the team is fitting within this picture. <br>It is about supporting people to achieve their goals and show empathy along the journey.<br>Leading is about being clear about everyone&#8217;s (expected) contribution, efficient decision making and communication.<br><br>Leading is also to me about living the culture, creating a team spirit, transmitting my passion to people, inspire innovation and&#8230; making people feel they are part of a winning team!<br><br><strong><em>\u201cA leader takes people where they want to go. Often people don&#8217;t thrust their capabilities&#8230; They don&#8217;t dare to try out&#8230; It is all about giving them confidence in themself and in their leader. <br>The purpose being to make them evolve, getting to the next step if they aspire to and make them enthusiast about them and their work.<br>Sharing knowledge is a key enabler of this process. Sharing knowledge about the business they are in, their function, best practices, life experience and of course&#8230; leading.<br><br><strong><em>\u201cBefore you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself.
